Founder & CEO
Alex Dos Santos graduated from Vermont Law with his Juris Doctor in 2015. He is a cannabis licensing, compliance, operations, and human resources consultant with more than eight years of experience helping cannabis businesses successfully navigate one of the nation's most highly regulated industries.

Throughout his career, Alex has partnered with startups, established operators, investors, and multi-state organizations to develop licensing strategies, prepare competitive cannabis applications, build operational systems, and maintain regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

His expertise spans every stage of the cannabis business lifecycle—from licensing and local approvals to operational readiness, standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance audits, human resources, employee training, and long-term business consulting.
